Using Nook

Nook is personal productivity and notebook software for Windows and Android. You may use it to keep notes, tasks, ideas, journaling, collections, and related personal content.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you create, import, sync, and share. Do not use Nook to store material you do not have the right to possess or process. Keep independent backups of anything important, particularly during testing.

Sync and availability

Nook can work locally without an account. Optional Nook Sync depends on network access, authentication, service availability, and compatible app versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free sync, delivery, storage, or availability.

Prohibited abuse

Do not attempt to bypass authentication or security controls, interfere with the service, send malicious content, abuse rate limits, or use Nook to violate applicable laws or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Nook Website, its branding, software, and original materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of Nook or its materials to you. Your personal content remains yours, subject to the service operation needed for optional sync.

Changes and termination

Nook may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. Access to account-based features may be suspended or terminated when needed to protect the service, users, or infrastructure. Local content on your device is not intentionally deleted by signing out.

Disclaimers

Nook is provided on an as-available basis during testing. To the extent permitted by law, Nook is provided without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
